The initiative  "I don't like dolls"  brings the proposal to create interfaces between: word and image, through contemporary literary productions (microstory) and reinterpretations (illustrations).

Also uniting in an existential bond: writer and visual artist, in a symbiotic exchange of perspectives.  

Aiming to intervene in the urban space, whether physical or virtual, and encourage access to a contemporary aesthetic through hybrid processes of creation, provoking a reflective dialogue with the public.

Literary narratives address the female condition from the perspective of dolls, observing the subjectivities that involve the standards assumed by women in contemporaneity.

These are divinely reinforced by illustrations, which in a mixture of drawing and painting, abuse the language that refers to cartoons and graffiti,  in amusing narratives with archetypal characters of the female condition.

"... Open the lid, take your hand.  Stretch like a rubber band.  Fix her petticoat, turn around. On tiptoe, she shows off her lacy panties, lifts her lap over the edges. One, two, three turns. Raise your arms, spread your legs. Whirlwind in  jewelry box lid. Takes the hand, rubs, excites. Close the lid, the light goes out. Life ends."
